AKIRA is led by a small group of principals drawn from the highest levels of military, intelligence, and special-forces command, and from the capital markets. Between them they have commanded in elite operational environments, built and taken companies public across the Australian, London, and US markets, raised capital at scale, served as directors of publicly listed companies, and delivered security and intelligence programmes across defence, maritime, aviation, and critical infrastructure. We keep the public record deliberately spare. Names, mandates, and the detail behind this experience are shared directly, and in confidence, with those we work with.

An institutional record

AKIRA's experience is cumulative and institutional rather than individual. What matters is the pattern across all of it: operating inside national command structures, advising leadership through sustained pressure, and steadying organisations through regulatory scrutiny, market volatility, reputational risk, and security threats. We have worked where crisis is not episodic but systemic, from sensitive civil and industrial projects to strategic infrastructure and public-company settings. That accumulation lets us recognise patterns of failure, escalation, and recovery across domains, and apply them decisively when a new crisis emerges.
