We begin by reconstructing the situation through multi-domain intelligence synthesis. This phase establishes decision-grade ground truth by clarifying context, constraints, exposure, and interdependencies.

The objective is not data accumulation but clarity: the factual foundation on which disciplined judgement is applied, and the point at which the crisis is defined.

We apply an adversarial perspective to stress-test systems, decisions, assumptions, and interfaces. Red Team analysis examines how crises are created, escalated, and exploited by considering the problem from the opposing side.

This phase spans every relevant domain, including governance, organisational behaviour, physical security, and cyber.

Findings are translated into structured recommendations focused on correction, resilience, and prevention, and into the selection of the right tools from the toolbox. This phase produces a coherent roadmap toward a stronger, safer, and more controlled operating state.

Recommendations may address governance structures, decision flows, escalation mechanisms, security posture, or strategic alignment.

Where required, we provide supervisory oversight to ensure corrective actions and operational changes align with strategic intent and governance objectives.

We do not execute remediation or operational tasks. Our role in this phase is to preserve leadership control, maintain alignment, and ensure implementation delivers the intended outcome.
